Bruce Procter

Bruce Procter

Bruce first arrived in Cowes, as Postal Manager, in 1983 and was responsible for introducing the first roadside mail boxes on the island.
Bruce has been involved in community affairs for many years, being a life member of Warley Hospital and twice president of the Hospital Board. He has also been a member of Lions International for 16 years and twice President of the Phillip Island Branch.  He is also a former president of Phillip Island and District Historical Society.
Bruce was also a 14 year Board member of Bass Coast Health (1998-2012) and has been a member of the Customer Advisory Committee since 2012.
A Freemason, a current PIMHAG committee member, and Director of Bendigo Community Bank at San Remo, Cowes and Grantville, are just a few of the activities that continue to keep, this great grandfather out of mischief.
