Greg comes to PIMHAG with decades of service to his country and to the communities in which he has lived.
Having served in the RAAF since 1962, in Malaysia and Vietnam, Greg was discharged in 1971.
His next career was in the Marketing and Advertising area, followed by the position of Deputy to CEO of State Headquarters of the RSL.
Retiring to Phillip Island in 2004, Greg continued his long association with the RSL, becoming President in 2006, and remaining in that position for the next 8 years. He holds the record as the longest serving President of the sub-branch.
Greg has also been the founding Secretary of the Vietnam Veterans Museum, and currently he is the Vice-President of this sub-branch.
His service has been recognised with a number of awards:

- Life Membership of the Vietnam Veterans Association
- Order of Australia (OAM)
Greg and his wife Christine have a son and two daughters and four grandchildren (soon to be five)
